I have MVP parking, where do I go?
Directions to MVP Parking (Recommended Route) – Via Little Patuxent Parkway:
- Take Route 29 toward Columbia
- Exit onto Route 175 West (Exit 20B).
- Continue on Route 175/Little Patuxent Parkway, passing the entrances to Columbia Mall and Union Jack’s on your right.
- At the light after Union Jack’s, turn left onto S Entrance Rd/Symphony Woods Road (Howard County Library will be on your left).
- If Howard County Police are present, let them know you are on the parking list for the MVP Lot.
- Continue about 1/10 mile and turn right up the winding driveway across from Toby’s Dinner Theatre.
- At the bottom of the driveway, provide the guard with your name (or your guest’s name) and park as directed.
To Pick Up Your Tickets:
- After parking, walk down the access road on the left side as you proceeded up the driveway.
- Go straight to the backstage gate (not the box office or public gate).
- Your name will be on the list; enter through the double glass doors, where you will be greeted with your tickets.
I don’t have MVP parking, where do I go?
For Those Not on the MVP Parking List:
- From Route 29, take the Broken Land Parkway exit toward Merriweather.
- Turn right on Hickory Ridge Road, then right onto Merriweather Drive, and another right onto Symphony Woods Road.
- Pass the fire station on your right and continue straight to The Tenable Garage (Lot 3, 5953 Symphony Woods Dr., Columbia, MD 21044).
- Park in the garage or in the nearby surface lot spaces.
To Get to the Venue After Parking:
- Cross over Merriweather Drive, walk down the steps, and cross the footbridge toward the venue.
- Turn left to the backstage gate (not the general public gate straight ahead).
- The attendant will have your guest’s name and will direct them to the MVP lobby through the double glass doors
I don’t know if I have MVP parking, what do I do?
If you were given box seats or mezzanine seats, the rep at the company giving you seats will know if you were also given MVP parking so please contact them.

- After parking, walk across Merriweather Drive and then down the steps leading to the foot bridge and pond.
- After crossing the bridge, turn left and then go straight to the backstage gate (not the box office or public gate).
- Your name will be on the list; enter through the double glass doors, where you will be greeted with your tickets
How can I verify if my company’s tickets are available?
If you received tickets from your company and would like to confirm if they are available, please contact directly your company.
Are there seats at the Chrysalis?
No, the Chrysalis is a standing general admission venue. For MVPs, a sectioned-off area will be reserved, but there will be no seats.
How will ticketing work for shows only at the Chrysalis?
The process is the same as usual, except tickets will be picked up at the white farmhouse near the Chrysalis.
What do I need to do in advance?
You’ll receive a form to fill out with:
How many tickets you’ll be using
Who will be using them
Return the completed form to boxes@930.com 48 hours prior to the show
What if the show uses both the Pavilion and Chrysalis stages?
Your regular Box or Mezzanine ticket will also give you access to the reserved MVP area at the Chrysalis, otherwise same as usual.
