MERRIWEATHER BOX OFFICE
OFF-SEASON BOX OFFICE INFO: During the off-season (October 17, 2021 – April 2022), ticket sales will take place out of Merriweather’s administrative offices Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM. To get to the administrative offices, turn onto Dennis Lane off of Merriweather Drive. Pull in through the gated area. Follow the drive around the back of the pavilion until you reach the other gated entry way. Park along side the fence line before the second gate, and enter the double glass doors. Take the elevator on your right to the 2nd floor. Any questions, please call 410.715.5550. The off-season box office will be closed Thanksgiving week (Wednesday thru Friday), December 23 through January 1, and on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Procedure for a new show going on sale at the box office: For new shows going on sale, tickets will NOT be available at the box office the day of the public on sale. They will be available for online purchase only at that time. Tickets for new shows will be made available at the box office starting on next business day following the public on sale (usually Monday). Most shows will enforce a maximum allowable number of tickets per customer. Some shows will have additional rules.
Guess What? … No box office service charge! Tickets purchased at the Merriweather box office are NOT subject to service charges.
IN SEASON TICKET SALES: During the Merriweather season (April – October 16, 2021), all sales take place out of Merriweather’s West Box Office, located off of Merriweather Drive. The Merriweather Box Office sells tickets for all Merriweather, 9:30 Club, The Anthem, Lincoln Theatre, and other I.M.P.-promoted shows.

- West Box Office opens at 10:00 AM. South Box Office opens 2 hours before gates. Both box offices close approximately one hour before the end of the show. Ticket can be purchased until box office closes.
- Non-Show Days:
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
The Box Office is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th (or the observed holiday), and Labor Day (unless there’s a show). The in-season box office closes for the year after Merriweather’s last show of the season.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING: People requiring mobility accessible seating can purchase online through Ticketmaster or at the Merriweather box office. We have wheelchair- and scooter-accessible locations where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater/concert seats. Note: Companion seats are plastic folding chairs. Wheelchair-accessible and companion seats are located throughout Section 100, in Row Z of Sections 200-204, and in Row JJ of Sections 300-302. If you are having trouble viewing these seats in Ticketmaster, click the “Filters” button in the upper right-hand corner and toggle the “Accessibility” button to On.
People requiring hearing accessible or visually accessible seating should call Merriweather at 410-715-5550 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Sign language interpreter services are provided depending on the availability of interpreters, which may vary based upon the amount of advance notice received on behalf of the patron. Requests for interpreter services should be emailed to email@example.com. This mailbox is monitored during regular business hours 9:30a to 5:00p, Monday through Friday, and show days 10:00a until 11:00p. Requests made outside these hours will be responded to in the next business day. While we will attempt to honor requests made fewer than five business days before an event, we may be unable to confirm that our interpreter service providers will be available. Please keep this time frame in mind, as we will do our best to accommodate requests. These services are provided at no additional cost to the person requesting the service.

Please note: For venue entry, mobile tickets will only be accepted on a mobile phone. Printed out QR codes will not be allowed entry to the venue.
Tickets for all Merriweather Post Pavilion shows are sold through Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Box Office at Merriweather. They are also available in person at 9:30 Club, The Anthem and the Lincoln Theater box offices. Please note that all sales are final – no refunds/exchanges. Tickets are sometimes also available through fan club sites for artist presales or special VIP packages. Please be aware that tickets purchased through other, secondary market sources (i.e. “scalpers”), may or may not be legitimate.
Merriweather does not endorse the use of ANY secondary ticketing sources such as Stubhub, Craigslist, SeatGeek or Viagogo, for example. Any such purchases are made at the buyer’s risk, and the Merriweather Box Office cannot resolve issues involving tickets purchased through secondary sources, including fraudulent or lost tickets.
Artist line-ups for festival events and opening acts are subject to change. No refunds will be authorized in the event that a festival artist or an opening act does not perform.
